Awful service. We used this company to courier banner stands to and from an event in London. They picked up and delivered the wrong item back to us despite the fact that the package had a different company name and address in a completely different part of the country ON THE BOX. When asked to rectify this and pick up the right package they refused to provide the service they were paid for and their excuses included that it was the package 'handed to them' by the event organisers and they were 'in a rush'. No responsibility taken or common sense used. They delivered a package and couldn't care less if it was quite obviously the wrong one. When we escalated this to the managing director of the company - more excuses and wanted to be paid again to pick up the right package. AVOID at all costs.

I called and tried to get a collection service arranged from Southampton to London and I had to call a number of times until someone actually responded. When I finally got to speak with someone, the lady who spoke to me was not friendly or helpful. It seemed during the call that I was actually bothering her. I would not recommend.
