We have used Diamond for shipping for a couple of years now. Ryan, Jess and the team are always helpful. Their logging system is intuitive and easy to use and their drivers polite and courteous. If you need to ship product these guys are definitely worth a call. Highly recommend.

II had a parcel delivered through these guys.
It was insured. It arrived damaged and was delivered to a neighbour. Because it was signed for by someone, this case, the neighbour I was told there is no redress. Any form of damage refund simply wont happen. My experience elsewhere Is it does. So with £30 postage and £65 loss to buyer a uk 4 kilo delivery cost me £95... I also received no email confirmation of my order. It was correctly packaged.
I wont use these guys again. Sad as the staff seem on it.
