If I could leave zero stars I would.
I’ve never received my item from the courier service and they neglected to inform me of issues with my parcel along the way. I had been given three separate delivery dates which I stayed at home for and they never arrived.
They are now arranging collection for a separate parcel which was mistakenly delivered to me and once again I’ve waited in all day and they have never shown to collect it.
They now don’t answer my calls or return my calls when they claim they will.

Amazing service swift speedy deliveries iv ordered car parts via them and never been let down always got next day delivery.
Would 100% recommend their services.
Very reliable always willing to help out if any issues arise.

Diamond Logistics Bolton I have dealt with them for the business I work for and the service was great. Same day delivery, sorted us out in our times of need. Mr Ahmad I think was his name from this branch is always friendly and helpful whenever we've spoken. The response is always quick which is a massive plus when we are trying to get a package to our customers urgently. Would recommend this to all those who are looking for a fast and professional delivery service!

Shocking service. Two failed pre-arranged delivery slots prior to a driver turning up with our parcel that he was unable to unload due to it's size. Over priced service and when I briefly spoke to the company they stated that it was the supplier's fault that Diamond Logistics couldn't adhere to their delivery promise or provide suitable staff to offload the parcel they had previously loaded at the other end.
Highly over priced "service" and would not recommend.
Still awaiting a reply from my e-mail to them and will gladly reassess my review if necessary....not currently holding out much hope though. ..this adding to the list of complaints that they are ignorant and rude in regards to their "customers"

My first time using Diamond Logistics Bolton and I was extremely happy. I had an issue with customs papers which was promptly sorted out by very helpful customers service staff. Mr Ahmed was great and kept me updated all the way through and also called to see if the parcel was delivered out of hours. I would definitely recommend Diamond logistics and Mr Ahmed to any new clients.

These guys have been dreadful in organising the delivery of an item that was part delivered. I was initially very understanding, but having been told many times over that they would call me back with updates, it's only been by virtue of my calling them that I've been provided with any extra information at all at each juncture.

I understand during this time that deliveries may be difficult, but keeping your customers informed is not. An item that should have been delivered 4 days ago (likely 5 given seemingly further delays) has not been, and little to no explanation or information has been provided as to why.

Been using them for just over a week now and the service has been brilliant so far. Wish I used them sooner instead of hermes. Will continue to use them. Fast reliable service. If your in doubt just give them a call they will be happy to help you
