Diamond Logistics are by far the best company we have worked with. Fantastic customer support, professional, friendly, informative and go above and beyond to support us. They have taken the pressure off us spending time comparing quotes and the time consuming job of finding the most suitable courier. I work at a cider maker in Somerset and we use Diamond as our multi-carrier service. The best thing about Diamond is the level of customer service from the team. If I ever have any questions or problems they are very quick to help me resolve them. The service itself is brilliant as different couriers offer different services, i.e timed deliveries. So they are much better than using any single courier. For business use I can highly recommend them, and I'm sure they provide a similar level of service for personal deliveries.
