Absolute joke of a place. 4 hours to tip 26 pallets! One of, if not the worst distribution centres in the country! Management must be as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike

Easy to get to, staff usually good, usually a reasonable tip time, I have had long waits and slow tips here however. The only real issue is very poor phone signal for all networks and no public/visitor WiFi, so bring a book!

Tragedy. Booking for 1:00 p.m. arrival at 11:00 a.m. I was informed that I was too early and had to return at 12:00 p.m. When I came back at 12:00 I was given a bay and stood there for 4 hours. When I asked in the office when they would take me off, I got the answer that they were already taking you off and nothing was happening. I had to spend Friday in the cabin because I didn't have time to return home. Without any preparation for a night out.

They are so very strict with booking times, (will ask abruptry why you are late) sometimes even reject load over 1 hour over booking time!
yet they will keep you sat for hours waiting. I have deliverd one trailer today with a over all waiting time of 4hours booking time was made by me!

You need to take a look at your company if you can not cope with the work load try and take less inbound delivery's.
Absolutely ruined my day should be ashamed of your selves!

Absolutely comical how diabolical this company is! Delivers a parcel to the wrong address, says you signed for it yet can’t produce a signature. Takes a picture of door delivered to (not my door). Then when you ring up and try to dispute, they tell you the driver has left the company. Whoever the driver is for Worksop, you need sacking. Never dealt with a company so incompetent!!!
