Very good place of work . I enjoy being able to speak Hindi because English is not primarily my first spoke language in the warehouse .I had the lucky to get offered a permanent contract after working for them only for a couple of months . I got the opportunity to get 5 weeks holiday after a year to go and see my family in India . I enjoy my work balance , working 4 days /3 of , I can go on short stay trips in Europe literally every month , they make life very easier . Although the shifts are 12hours that’s not a problem because we get pay breaks and we can go to toilet , tea breaks and socialise with colleagues how many times we want . Thanks for this opportunity , I belong to Generation Z and if was not for this company I would be out without work 😀

This warehouse is gigantic. Stretches from the airport car parks to the other side of Castle Donington. The road gets busy in the evening because of the lorries coming in and out of the warehouse. There will be another DHL warehouse being built in the gateway. Lots of jobs on the horizon. DHL pays good salary to staff workers too. Other DHL warehouse is now operating at the Gateway. Recruitment is ongoing.
