A delivery driver tried to deliver - but i missed the call. I arrived at the depo at 7:05 - after closing time. Richard was the best and went to find my parcel - 27.09.24!

This is the worse service ever, that lady in front desk don’t have a clue of anything, bad service, don’t give enough information, sent a package over 2 weeks ago and still don’t arrived to the local destination now she said that she can’t help that I need to call a number that charges a lot of money and don’t pick up in long time. Best delivery service. Andy stops by at least once a day Monday-Friday. Always great service, always very friendly and helpful! We have several delivery services stop during the week and Andy is one of the best.

The level of service we receive from DHL as a whole is consistently of a high standard.

Special mention must be made of your driver Colin Moxham. Colin is always very pleasant, very professional, efficient and easy to deal with.

He is able and willing to act on his own initiative on the occasions when I am not able to deal with directly. He has taken the time to understand our system and what is required of him when in our premises, delivering or collecting.
