The worst experience ever. My shipment is still on hold since the 17th of January 2025. Custom charge in Lagos Nigeria are demanding £407 for a 1kg good. That I bought for £41, equivalent to 83,000naira. I have provided them with receipts for the good and still that’s not good enough to get my good released. This is absolutely ridiculous and My worst nightmare that happened to me and caused me so much pain and anxiety. DH L custom you need to do better! People are really dealing with alot already

Hi it been five days now and have not seen my package's,the white van driver buzz one time and did not hang about,and my wife called him and he put the package's in the back of the van and drove off and left no card nothing and this was on the 21/12/22.waiting still no reply on the 25/12/22.
