It would have been 5* cos the gentleman who served me was excellent, except somehow I've been charged £11 more at the store than the quote/receipt that was issued to me online. I didn't realise this until I got home so didn't get an explanation as to why. The parcel contained a CD disc with hospital images on (so no tax/duty/tariff implications) and was the size/weight that was quoted for so I fail to understand why I was charged an extra £11.

IMPORTANT - READ THIS! The website says ship same day until 3pm, but when we arrived at 2pm the driver had "already left half an hour ago." at 1:30pm. Be very wary of the DHL "ship until" times. After 4 or 5 phone calls with very mixed DHL customer service I have been told by a manager I now have to drive to Newport and back in order to ship it today. I wouldn't use DHL if I could avoid it in future.

DHL is a shocking service to use. I've been sat at the house on two occasions waiting for them. Message is then received unable to deliver as nobody home. Yeah right. Funny at how on both occasions no card has been left to say they were here. Two days waisted waiting for this unreliable company!!!!!!
