Our DHL Delivery man is the most surly, unhelpful and rude person. Miserable and disrespectful. In future I will request that any orders are sent through a different carrier.

My experience with DHL (not WH Smith) is nothing but pain and angst. I will never again order from providers who use DHL for delivery of their goods.

DHL 🤣. Two weeks ago, I sent a formal complaint via email and your social media platforms to your head office as detailed on your complaints charter. I have not received the courtesy of a response to either! Your complaints charter is a joke together with your service. Please don't try and attempt to redeem yourselves by posting a 'we care' reply in response to my * star review. I would give you 0 stars if I could.
