Dropped my "express" package on Monday afternoon, it took until Wednesday evening to get picked up. It just sat there for two days, and this was supposed to be a "1 working day" service level.

Just used the WH Smith DHL Service Point at Cribbs Causeway
Not impressed, staff struggled to get to grips with how to get the package on the system. Finally got there with the help of management.
When I asked if it was going out today I was told it might!! 2/10 must try harder.
Will not use again.
