I went in with a pre paid DHL parcel which I wanted to send. The lady working here told me to go Royal Mail to send it as apparently only they deal with that so I did, I waited in a queue for about 15 mins only to be told they don’t accept DHL. So the lady working at this place she is absolutely clueless and made me waste my time. Very bad customer service definitely won’t recommend coming here.
