There was a multitude of issues with deliveries which caused many frustrations and struggles throughout the process. I would not recommend the service as a whole, but the experience with this specific phone line was eventually helpful, which leads to the 2 star review. I've had bad experiences with my customs charges being incorrect, and some good experiences with the phone line with the delivery being redirected. However, these were good experiences to problems that shouldn't exist, such as the delivery which constantly stated I was not in, despite being ready all day. The service point may be okay, but the service overall was not.
