Service is absolutely terrible. The first day, I was informed that I was unable to use the dhl service due to the system upgrade. The second day, the PDQ machine was showing no connection, hence unable to make any credit / debit card payments. The manager was busy speaking on the phone, and the other executive was blaming various credit/debit cards that presented instead of not reading the messages on the PDQ machine. Overall, it was a terrible service. As a result, I used the Parcel Force service instead.

Apparently DHL have failed to deliver my parcel on 2 occasions even though I have not been out of my house .....so I'm definitely NOT impressed with the service

It's very hard to find this place. There is a very small DHL sign on one corner of the window. The service was good.
