Great customer service, but was limited to what they could do as only a drop of service

I was in a rush and had to send emergency medicine to my family overseas. The lady at customer service was not helpful at all. She wanted me to fill the form on my mobile. I told her I don’t now how. I tried several times with little success. She told me she was sure I could do it and refused to help. I am 73 years old! I have a small screen iPhone 8! The shop was empty! She has a big computer screen in front of her and was too lazy to provide assistance. On top of that, she turns out to be the manager, so complaining about her poor customer service wasn’t even an option.
