The location address (Plot 100, North Bristol Park North Gloucester Road BS34 7QG BRISTOL) is incorrect - it’s an NHS facility. I was lucky enough to find a very kind NHS employee who pointed me in the right direction. The correct DHL Service Point location is a 2 minute walk from this (incorrect) location, can be found by searching “Safestore Self Storage” or “Safestore Bristol Filton” on Google maps, which has the address: Gloucester Rd N, Filton, Bristol BS34 7QG. It’s a big blue building with the words “safestore self storage” on it. Once I found it, the receptionist explained that the location pin has for some unknown reason changed, and he has asked them to fix it.
So, if you do find it, the DHL service point is actually clean and organised, and staff was friendly.

THERE IS NO DHL IN THIS AREA! THERE IS SIG insulation, NHS and an Emergency, THAT IS ALL. I wasted hours looking for this lost city of DHL, it's a myth

Don't try to find this place using Google maps online. The address and postcode for this location doesn't seem right. Not sure it really exists. Just takes you to the NHS operations centre secure compound.

This location does not exist. Address takes you to an ambulance depot who kindly explained that DHL is not in the building 🤣

I understand that they must control entry due to covid restrictions, but that doesn't give you the right to play God and leave customers to freeze outside just because "you're on the phone" and can't be bothered to press a button to open the door.

Lazy drivers every parcel I get they look and see its a block then drives of videoed one driver doing it reported to dhl guess what still happens. Drivers need to do there job and lower there bmi

Refused to take it. Had to get a refund from DHL and use Royal Mail instead.
