I went here to drop off a pacel for collection from DHL. John served me and was polite and professional. Came out after me as I was leaving to tell me that I also needed a 'proforma invoice' as the parcel I was sending (a free returns item) was going back to The Netherlands, thanks a lot Brexit! This is nothing that the merchat or DHL had provided so John took my number and said he'd ask the courrier when he arrived and call me if there were any issues.

I then spoke to John the next day and he reconfirmed the name of the form (which I was eventually able to find on the DHL website) and gave me their email address to save me driving back to the store with the form.

Suggested improvements: I think if DHL are using Safestore as a drop off location it would be helpful if this was obvious from the outside of the building (a sign etc) and that DHL give the Safestore staff some more training on exactly what is required when sending parcels outside of the UK post-Brexit.

I can't falut John though, he was very professional and helpful.

Really rude staff who are unwilling to help with queries such as sending DHL parcels. Would not recommend visiting this place. Totally unprofessional
