Although my attempt to send my parcel was not without problems, I wish to thank the member of staff who dealt with me, he could not have tried harder to resolve the IT problems that were totally outside his control.
On my arrival at the drop off point in Clifton, Bristol, I was told that the DHL system across Europe had suffered a service outage. The same thing had happened the day before but the service resumed during the late afternoon.
The assistant attempted to log on several times and actually managed to register the parcel but the system failed before the transaction could be completed. I agreed to the return the next day so the process could be finalised. Then, the same assistant completed the arrangements and took my payment.He was very apologetic and thanked me for my understanding. Sometimes the way a person deals with a problem shows them in their best light. Thank you.

The manager called Simon was extremely rude! He said he did not seal for any drop off parcels in the past five years. This was my second time drop off, and last time they did seal the parcel for me while I was bring my tape with me. our customer s were required not to seal the parcel and let them see what’s inside, so I have to buy a £3.99 tape for the drop off service? Due to last time they did seal for, I did not bring my tape with me this time, but they were so cunning. I will not do the drop off service next time.

I regualarly send my DHL parcels from here and it works always fine. Not sure about all the negative comments.. i wouldn't have bothered else to write a comment.
