Left my laptop at my neighbours place and created panic for me. Was worried as this was my official laptop. Anyways finally called them...had good customer service and finally found out about which neighbours house and got my laptop. Best would have been to knock on my door,taken signature and handed a laptop to me or someone at my home

The customer service was terrible, I arrived saying hello and the person who attended was very rude when he gave me my package, he practically slammed it against his counter, terrible customer service, I will never return.
