Terrible, paid a lot of money for next day delivery and parcels are still awaiting pickup 2 days later. Helpline charges you and messes you around until you give up. Avoid this supposed service. RUBBISH

I personally haven't had an experience with them never tried them thank God, the reason your getting 1 star is most people are upset with your service, you need to improve your service and thats the bottom line.

Useless. Why bother to give a time or offer to deliver to a safe place if a) you are routinely hours late, and b) are to lazy to PUT the parcel in the safe place?
