II'm furious! I just can't wrap my head around how shockingly awful the customer service was! My heart breaks for my wife because she had the most unfortunate experience today when she tried to return a package. Let me tell you, the way they treated her was absolutely disgraceful. The person who was on duty between 15:00 and 16:00 on May 29/05 2024 not only lacked professionalism, but also had the audacity to display an outrageous level of rudeness. It's beyond belief! According to my wife, he shamelessly exhibited blatant sexism and had absolutely zero knowledge about how to provide even the most basic level of customer service. When my wife requested to speak with the manager, he had the nerve to claim that the manager wasn't available and even refused to disclose his name. Can you imagine that? In customer service, it's common courtesy to introduce yourself! Just so you know, the guy was wearing a yellow North Face shirt. This is absolutely and undeniably unacceptable! I demand immediate and decisive action to rectify this utterly deplorable situation!

very rude ald man there, tried to return a parcel to DHL he was shouting that the box has no label 😂 paperless i said i have the qr code, he didnt spoke english properly
