No hand sanitising gel in the hand sanitiser and staff members are NOT wearing facial coverings! This isn’t a good first impression at all!

One person allowed at a time into the service area which is fantastic!

The surfaces aren’t being cleaned regularly but other than the COVID-19...

The wait time is long and they have only 1 staff at the front desk.

He was helpful, I would say staff needs further training on customer services. Smile and be happy attitude doesn’t exist here but in time I do think things can get better.

DHL is reliable and this is the reason I have decided to use their services!

I came to pick up a parcel for a friend. We had contacted DHL to explain and were told to bring identification for the receiver and myself. Reds was on the desk and extremely helpful and efficient. Quickly located the package, which was quite large and fragile and brought it out to the car and carefully put in the boot. Excellent service and, although a bit out of the way for me, a viable choice for collection rather than keep missing deliveries

Really NOT happy with your Lies about being unable to deliver to my home address. Me? At home. Wife? At home. 2x Sons? At home. 2x Dogs? At home. Each DHL driver, LYING. Each claim, considering I was looking out onto my front drive and know that your drivers never called, a LIE. I cannot show you their "Called, but you were out." posted claims because they were never here or heard to post them. They were LYING! Your levels of customer support, accessibility, honesty, efficiency, competence and so many other straightforward aspects of serving and treating the customer AS A customer, instead of just exploiting them, or deceiving them, definitely failing them, while blatantly LYING to them, but controlling and denying them very little in return, is NOT the type of future I want. Sadly we, the customer's, cannot choose who ships the items we purchase online. But that does not mean we are unable to complain and raise awareness to the relevant delivery ombudsman or, indeed, more importantly the supplier's choice of courier who delivers our purchases to us. DHL are truly a shameful disgrace. ...terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE.

Kay is the most helpful person full stop!! I said it before when she helped me at Harlow branch before it closed. Please if you are reading this do something nice for Kay. She represents DHL in a caring and empathetic manner, which when stressed trying to help your own customers out really makes the process that much easier.

The reception staff were friendly. However, my parcel took a detour through several European countries before returning to the UK and finally reaching its intended destination. Improving your sorting facilities is essential to reduce your substantial carbon footprint. Consider how many other items undergo similar journeys every day!

One of the worst most unreliable courier firms. Driver do not care a lie about delivering goods. Avoid use someone like ups or DPD. Avoid DHL….
