Our local driver is called Kev and he really does go out of his way to help. For example, we recently missed the cut off time for a pick up by 5 minutes, so I sent a text to Kev and he immediately agreed to pick the shipment regardless, and helped us ensure everything was in place for a smooth shipment.
Also we are a small company and if we have arranged a pick up, but have to leave the office early at short notice, Kev will try to change his schedule to fit in with ours. Great service!

Had some important documents to send. These were put in a secure card envelope. It was mid-afternoon. The business in Portugal had received them by lunchtime the next day. I was so impressed. Yes it was expensive but so worth it for the speed of the service.
The lady who served me was lovely too. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed.

Marcin, is a true asset to your business, he is always friendly, very helpful. Unfortunatley the items I get delivered are not all light and can weigh upto 40kgs, he never complains and is always happy to carry them to my doorstep. Even when I do get up to 12 heavy boxes delivered at once.

He is always happy to talk to everytime he delivers items to my address.
