Seriously, DHL, and Howden depot here, need a 5 star right now, when UPS and Fedex/TNT seem to muck up most International shipments. Very helpful guy this morning, even lifted the parcel to my car. Keep it up.

Very poor experience. 25 mile round trip to the Howden depot with a pre paid package for shipping to Google in Poland. When I got there they said they needed to open the package to check what it was. Opened it up then declined to send it because ear phones can't be sent to the EU - company policy apparently. Their solution... use a different carrier. 🙁

Horrendous. Took some parcels in to return using the labels I was provided by Google. Employee behind reception eventually served me after running around like a headless chicken. Told me that my returns labels were wrong and that the waybill numbers did not exist. After getting absolutely nowhere regards help to resolve, I walked out of the building and contacted DHL helpline to book a collection from home.

Waybill numbers were instantly recognized with my address and setup a collection for next working day. Good voice recognition used by the DHL phone lines, by the way.

To summarize, I left this DHL building feeling like I had done something horrific to even dare want to return some parcels
