I had a fresh food item that was supposed to be delivered next day but will not arrive until Monday. DHL is the food companies Saturday choice for delivery but should consider changing as they clearly cannot seem to deliver on time. This is not the first time this has happened. I will now have to throw away my order.

Disgraceful!!!! Given a date for collecting a parcel, didn't turn up! Finally got to speak to someone and told it had been changed to the following day, no communication to ne at all. To add insult to injury they didn't turn up again the annoying automated system told me it had been picked up, it's still sitting here waiting with more patience than me. 2 days wasted because of incompetence! Very poor

Totally useless. Missed original day delivery but promised today between 2 and 3. Still not arrived at 8.30pm - tracking shows I'm next but has shown that for about 4 hours now! Incompetent fools

After reading a few bad reviews I was a bit dubious about DHL but the service I received was exemplary, a large overnight delivery from Coventry to Melrose in the Scottish Borders arrived by 11AM thank you.
