Really bad collection option. Collection man put wrong label and my clients do not received the right parcel. They make me spend more money on delivery and dont have any compensation for their mistake. What the hell with the way the work and collect our parcel ?

If I could I'd give minus stars, website and emails state call number to SPEAK to customer service but goes direct to Coventry number and round in circles on automated service with no actual interaction with a human being. Absolutely awful service all round.

I have unfortunately been involved in a fair amount of recent communication. Due to being lied to. The executive team have informed me this is due to inadequate training for their staff as retraining is now required. It's a shame that this is seen as acceptable and there is only a view to retain yet my 9 hours of back and forth due to blatant lies is instantly dismissed. I wonder how many others are lied to verbally and in writing with seen as an acceptable organisational culture.

Shoddy delivery company who lie about attempting to deliver items, do not provide calling cards or anything that even prove they did attempt to deliver said items. They then deliver the item to scam “service points” even if you didn’t request this. FYI this ecommerce division is not even connected to the rest of DHL, their phone service is automated so good luck even attempting to get thru to a rep… absolutely disgraceful

The worse delivery experience I’ve ever had. Ordered parts on pre 10:30 delivery at 3pm as we needed them next day ASAP.

Hadn’t been delivered by 12 the next day, so I rang the customer service number. All you get is an automated service that asks for your tracking number and tells you the exact same as the website. No option to speak to someone. So I contacted them using the contact form, got an email about 1 hour later saying they’ll get back within 3 working days…

Contacted the company supplying the parts are they spoke to DHL. They said the van had broken down and the delivery will be coming tomorrow, so I asked if I could collect from a depot. Then got told another van has picked up the deliveries and it’ll be arriving within the hour (before 2:45pm). 3pm rolls around, no delivery. So I contact them again, now to be told it’s still coming and will arrive before 5pm. Waited until 6pm and it never turned up.

All throughout this the tracking for the parcel was never updated and said “being delivered by 8th of August” (same day). Customer service was completely uncontactable and the tracking was useless.

This must be the worst delivery company in the world! I paid extra for a 1-2 day delivery as I urgently needed a parcel. I received an e-Mail on a Friday, stating that they had my parcel, and it would be delivered on the Monday. On Monday I received an e-Mail stating they had my parcel and they would advise me of a delivery date! After spending hours online and trying to contact someone, I eventually got through to customer services, who said they would deal with it. Problem sorted? No!! My parcel arrived on the Thursday, which was nearly a week since they had received it. I asked for a refund of my express delivery charges, but they advised me to contact the company I had bought the item from. I would advise anyone to steer clear of DHL. Nightmare!!
