Good I would give them no star rating but had to give them one. They don’t even deserve that. What a waste of space supposed to have delivered today stayed in sat where I could see the delivery van in my living room all the way up to 2 o’clock and then decided to look at my phone which said that they had tried delivering at 11 o’clock and left a calling card what a surprise no calling card And on the app they said that they will now deliver tomorrow when trying to call them DHL e-commerce department you cannot get through to a human being and without a calling card I have a number what a waste of space would never use this company if I had the choice …

Waited in all day. Watched the tracking. Never arrived. Had email to say that they couldn't access the address. They never turned up! 2 hours between 1drop 43 and 144.

Perhaps the depot manager should not believe everything the drivers say.

No calling cards left, no tracking, no answers to questions. Just a rubbish service. Used to be a leader in the UK and now the bottom parcel carrier

As with others - awful customer service. Driver tried to deliver to wrong road. Get a message - no way to contact... on-line has a 3-day SLA, phone line has no way of talking to a human and the DHL bot on Twitter is not working. Will always avoid DHL in future as no way to resolve issues in a timely manner.

This has got to be the worst delivery service in the world. Unable to speak to a human being when you call and you get limited options that do not address your issue.

I was expecting a delivery today between 8-9am, the driver shows up on the wrong road then I get a message saying sorry we missed you. With no information on next steps or how I am actually supposed to get my parcel.

Got a delivery time and they showed up over an hour early! So nobody was home.
Asked for it to go to the depot and I’ll collect the following day.
They try to redeliver, nobody was home. I get a text it’ll be retried today. It’s not being retried, but can’t collect today have to collect tomorrow.
It’s an automated number, no advisors so it’s useless. Tried messaging on Facebook (4hour response apparently, try 2 days)

I need my parcel for tomorrow but because of DHL being useless my work item is going to be returned!

First the positive - the staff were friendly and helpful. If I was giving stars for the staff alone it would be 5 out of 5.

The downsides - the post code does not exist in my Sat-Nav! Second, there are two DHL locations and it is not entirely clear which one it which. Third, communications; due to being away I opted to collect, there was no confirmation email on the requested change, no email on collection day confirming that the parcel was ready for collection.
