1 star too much for them. Really disappointed with the effort. Week and half late parcel. Item was partially damaged. Multiple phone calls to DHL, many emails. Had to go to extremes to get this resolved. DHL need to shape up or shut down with their current appalling service. Some big firms using them which I’ve advised to look for other courier firms. Swansea depot is really underperforming. Coming from this background would not treat customers this way. If someone has paid for first rate 24 hour service then they should get this on time unless extreme circumstances say otherwise. Advise nobody to use them for further reference. I guarantee dhl will reply with some saved word doc generic response which is meaningless.

Paid for next day delivery and they sent email that the parcel is delayed. They wasted quarter of my work day to go pick up the parcel even I paid for next day . Very convenient for them and very inconvenient for me.

Hello,

I am just wondering why my parcel has ended up in BELFAST?

My address is in the Northwest of England. The parcel originated from Swansea in Wales, how has my parcel managed to go through 3 Different countries before actually getting to me. I still haven't received it and there is still no update?

This is now the second time I have had something delivered by you and both has been delayed for some silly reason.

Please can this be looked into.

Good service.
I wanted to leave a new review for today, 28/01/25. I picked up my parcel from the Fforestfach depot and was dealt with by Courtney, who was very polite, and extremely helpful with loading quite a large parcel into my car. I walk with a stick because of MS and Courtney offered without me asking.

2 days i have waited for a parcel to be collected and not shown up, said driver had been yet i'm sitting in window and no calling card, absolutley fuming, not the first time having problems with this company, i dread when i know they are the company being used 😡 total shambles

If i could give no stars then I would! Absolutely shocking place with zero customer service skills. Driving in to the depot is an accident waiting to happen, empty cages every where, vans parked all over the place, can’t gain entry to the reception as it’s blocked by 2 large vans so no customer parking. Think need training on customer service skills and the car park needs a big risk assessment. SHOCKING!

This depot had an inability to deliver items yet kept updating to state they would be delivered daily. On the day I had texts regarding delivery it was actually a no show. Two parcels that I could easily put in the back of a car and 1 week of delays. DHL offices had me on the phone for 6 hours feeding me lies regarding these packages. I've not had poor experience in the past but this transaction was lie after lie.
