Recently had a parcel to be delivered by them and because the drivers didn't know how to simply use a buzzer system they didn't leave my package.

Furthermore, they serverely damaged my parcel to the point they had to 'repackage' it. Which to DHL means wrap the damaged box in sticky tape!

When they informed me it had been damaged I asked if the contents had been damaged which they said no but after several more days after trying to get my package redelivered it was completely ruined, some of the content had actually fallen out and the rest of the content was damaged.

I have received no apology for this or any sort of compensation for the poor lack of care for my parcel!

I will endeavour to in the future to never use this company for a courier and I would advise this to everyone else!

Knocked 2 days on the run. Didnt bother to knock at neighbours to leave it there. Would of saved a 2nd and now 3rd trip. DHL commerce is the most anti human company ive ever come across! Not a single human to talk to as the deliverant. All auto with no helpful solutions and then just hangs up.
I beg. If your a company thats sells online. Please avoid this company to save your customers sooooo much stress and possibly negative feed back!
Still waiting on parcel or even an update 🤷‍♀️😡

Beyond useless! Ordered an item on next day delivery yesterday. Had a message to say it was at the delivery depot before 8am today. All good! Just had another message to say it has been delayed by 24 hours. Phoned customer services who told me the driver had a problem with the van so it could not be delivered until tomorrow. Asked if I could pick it up from the depot and was told that I could but not until tomorrow which is no good to me which is why I ordered it yesterday using a next day service. If you have the option I would avoid like the plague. If you cannot provide a service do not advertise it. Simples!

Terrible service. Took a week to arrive and found 2 items missing. I’ve been assured by the company that the items were packed.
Also notice on the picture it says next day delivery from 31st December. Yet only arrived 8th January.
Looking at the package, it looks like they have been tampered with. Terrible service! I would like answer on why the items are missing and why the package looks like it has been tampered with.

Very poor signage with no clear instructions of wher to go for collection of parcels and staff not helpful, asked for help off staff member and went to door and pressed bell for assistance and nothing happend until came back to the building after about 10 mins and let me in & then got some to deal with me

Didn't attempt to deliver my parcel. Only found out it was back at the depot (an hour after my delivery window) through my tracking. They then lied and said they couldn't access the delivery address. Pathetic.

Useless. Messed me around three days in a row now.

First day: said they’d arrive between 9.24 and 10.24. Having seen this message I popped out for 5 mins at 8.45 and missed them at 8.50 (they left a card) - 35 minutes earlier than they told me only 20 minutes prior. This was so easily avoidable if they hadn’t given me the wrong information.

Second day: gave a collection time but never arrived, then said I missed the delivery but there was definitely no knock on the door and no card was left.

Third day: same as the second day but I missed arranged plans to be in the house.

Terrible terrible customer service. Tracking was available first thing on each morning and then disappeared as my delivery slot got closer. No one to speak to on the phone either. The robot answer phone gives some options then hangs up the call.

And do not reply with the same link you’ve given others. All that does is offer the same phone number I have tried which doesn’t let me talk to a human.

Had a parcel due for delivery today from footlocker, received an email to say it had been delivered at 3.30pm and signed for by myself when it hadn't been, tracked delivery been delivered to a different address and photograph could of been taken anywhere just a package next to a purple wheelie bin , I contacted customer services who where terrible ! Told me to go to address where parcel had been delivered to to see if it was still there ! As basically its not there problem as drivers are human and make errors! Needless to say my husband went to the address where the parcel was delivered to and it wasn't there and DHL don't want to know basically contact footlocker! REALLY REALLY awful service representative informed me his shift had now ended and wasn't going to do anything else! DISGRACE!
