Very poor services ! I have to recive a pack from ebay, i choose to be re-delivery at a collection point selected from dhl list, i have been there on 29 they told me they don't do parcel since 2 years ago. I have to travel 4 miles to collected from the dhl yard. I said to the guy from the till to change the collection point on the website cause the one i choose is not getting parcels since 2 years ago and he even didn't answer to me, he just shake his had and said ihm ... worst then other !

Two experiences in two years and both times disappointed. Both times I paid for next day delivery and both times they failed with some pity excuses… in other to make sure I get my product quickly, I opted for painful but most secure option which is collecting it from their depot. I had to drive miles to get there and again it was not straight forward pick up? DHL was Obviously not my choice , just unfortunate lack as I ordered something from company who use them….
only thing I can say is:
“they worse than Hermes,
I guess that says it all!

I literally waited in doors all day just because I have had a bad experience with DHL before, and today is no different. The courier rang my bell nearly an hr later than the stated delivery time, I pressed the button to let them in, heard the door open, and close. After 3 minutes, I received a message saying "WE STOPPED BY" and that they'll attempt to redelivery the same time tomorrow. The message has infuriated me because why would you ring my buzzer and not even attempt the delivery?! I would've preferred them not to ring my buzzer at all and just leave the message about redelivery. Since I need this item by tomorrow, my only hope is trying to get in touch with the depot and collecting it in person instead, though I'm not hopeful after seeing all of these negative reviews. Signed disgruntled customer.

**UPDATE**
I had the idea to go to the e-commerce depot first thing the next morning to collect my package, and the assistant at the front desk was very friend and accommodating. He found my package before it went out for delivery and I took it home. I only wish I would've thought to take his name at the time.

Avoid at all costs. When I collected my parcel after they failed to drop off at my selected parcel drop point I noticed the box was badly crushed. When I opened it the contents were damaged. The worker in the depot said it wasn't their fault that the cardboard box was flimsy and that it was the semders fault. Clearly the fragile warning tape was only decorative.....

I have suspected that my parcel is most likely been stolen or the delivery driver is just being lazy.
I was supposed to receive a parcel on Monday but nothing has arrived. It says out for delivery and then the driver sends it back to the depot. This has been going on since Monday! Today 11/12/24 is saying out for delivery but nothing has arrived yet Why I’m really tempted to come down to the depot to collect it myself at this point!

I have never had a good service from DHL, I have used 2 suppliers who have used DHL. I purposely look for suppliers who do not use DHL, simply because they do not follow instructions. They do not ring my doorbell, just leave heavy parcels on my doorstep, do not text me saying I am next delivery, when then the garage would be opened for them. Parcels are requested to go in the garage. Just leaving on my doorstep is not acceptable and means we then have to carry heavy boxes down steps. I complained twice this week.

Very worst driver, I ordered phone from O2 ,the driver didn't even come to location and marked as refused the order, to rearrange the delivery. This is third time I cancelled the order ,such an worst driver don't even come to door but marks as refused by customer

I live 5 minutes away from the depot, yet 2 days in a row when I have been at HOME all day, they were apparently unable to deliver due to not being able to gain access. Obviously no delivery attempt was made at all.
