On Tuesday I was told a delivery was attempted while we were home. It definitely wasn't. This was after waiting 6 hours for it.
On Thursday we were given a 10 hour window that the parcel could arrive it. It never did.
We have now got to drive 30 minutes to go and collect it ourselves. Terrible service. No one to call.

Was told that delivery was attempted but I was in at the time and nothing on my ring camera to suggest this, no card left either.

Had to drive to the DHL depot on a Saturday morning to pick up my parcel, very unimpressed with DHL as a company and the driver lying that they had attempted delivery when they clearly hadn't!

The staff member at the depot even apologised as he said the drivers are useless!

Ridiculous company - can't speak to an actual person when their limited options don't cover your question, they just automatically end the call.
My daughter's birthday present is now stuck at their depot, with the wrong address (from the sender) so I can't collect it as I don't have proof of address as I don't live there.
Do not use them.
Wish I could give less than one star!

Easy access and fast service to collect my parcel. 1 star down by the fact they failed to delivery as scheduled and I wasted my time waiting, but collecting from depot was easy and stress free.

Worst experience with DHL no customer service person who would be able to pick up the call and speak .

my order, such an important one , I am waiting for my order to be delivered for the past few days and the driver just returns the item to depot everyday without delivering it , trying to mock me , I have given the complaint, please please where is my parcel ,

they have all the informations for the delivery please help me. There is no response from their customer care,

There was a miscommunication with a retailer and the delivery of my parcel which was paid and arranged for specific day delivery but DHL did not have that sent to them and messaged would be delivering on a day not available. After some back and forth, DHL were able accommodate me but I had to pick it up. Staff at depot were helpful in getting the parcel and taking it to my car when it was raining. I am very grateful for their help in receiving it the day I had requested. I have complained to the original retailer who were not so helpful.
