The absolute worst delivery company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. My body shivers when I order something and see that the seller has sent the item with DHL e-commerce. Well over half of the items I've waited for haven't turned up and been sent back to sender. Even when I've had to interrupt my work day to be home at the timeslot they give they don't even arrive. An absolute shambles of a company who waste people time over and over again.

Contacted the customer service many times and don't even get a reply. A disgusting way to run a business.

Absolutely shocking service, my parcel was rescheduled for delivery on the 10th October, unable to speak to anyone in customer service, have been on the phone holding on for over an hour, our customer service manager hasnt answered our emails and my customer hasnt received his order. was going to try ringing portsmouth depot, but guess what no telephone number direct to them, just going round in circles with an unanswered customer service number. appalling service all round.

Did it attempt delivery, did not ring bell as was home.stated could not enter building but left a card, where the card was left I don't know as I can't find it and they said they could not enter building. Tried calling but no actual human being, emailed and they may get back within 3days. A complete joke.
I'm amazed I get a generic reply on here , but no actual reply to my email to the company. All the replies are the same for every review. Still a joke

Totally useless!
DHL driver couldn't deliver the parcels. The location according to their driver was supposed to be in a completely different area and post code. While the address specified by the sender was correct and accurate.
Eventually I had to go and collect the parcel at the depot by myself. One of the box containing delicate device was open.... god knows how they treat boxes.
Furthermore the service at the desk was poor as per the rest.
Avoid excuses

Took a day off to receive parcel. No delivery was attempted yet received a notification that delivery driver could not access the address. No attempt was made , doorbell not used or no calling card left .

It's the worst service ever! They attempted to deliver the parcel already twice to the back garden gate at the wrong street! On the photos, you can see clearly that there is no house, no doorbell, so how someone would know they are there! They keep leaving cards there, that no one was at home! No one lives in the garden! I have already sent a few emails after the first and second attempt asking to go to the front door like normal people do! No reply at all.
