As many people have mentined in other reviews the two older members of staff, male and female, are very rude. On many occasions I have seen them point and shout at customers in an aggressive manner. Very nasty people and best avoided.

Excellent Customer Service 10/10
I went for passport renewal and staff member, Hanif, took care of everything and made the whole process simple. It was one of the hottest days and nearly closing time. He was a true professional and I would strongly advise using this post office. Well done to all the Team. You go above and beyond 10/10

Woeful customer service by one member of staff, an older lady. Looked to transfer Euros back to Pounds and no we can’t take one of the notes, even though it was the same post office that gave me them in the first place! (I had receipt for proof and she still would not accept it. One note had been sellotaped back together and I didn’t see it whatsoever; Didn’t end up using the Euros and it was buried at the bottom of the pile.) Anyone would think she would do the decent thing and accept the mistake on their part and offer me the pound note, but no. Absolutely woeful service.

Avoid if you can, I run an online business and use online prepaid postage labels. The staff clearly either lack knowledge or and training. Been using the same printer same label set up for years but the staff claim they can't accept them or scan the lables, absolutely waste of time took the same parcles to a different branch and there was absolutely no issues the staff member wouldn't even try or listen to me trying to explain the situation.

Definitely will not be bothering to go there again

My wife has used this branch for a while now. The staff are always friendly. But beware of the charges on your posting. My wife wanted to post a large letter this morning. She knows the price as she does this regularly and has the Royal Mail plastic template to check her letter sizes. The man behind the counter wanted £20 to post her tracked large letter. She said "no" as she'd been overcharged there before. She drove through to Dewsbury Road Wakefield near Morrissons, and got the item posted at the post office for only £12. What a difference. So please be careful
