Was meant to have a package delivered, the drive just took a picture of my house and drove off,, so I complained and they claim they tried to deliver, which is false, so I rescheduled it, and stayed in all day and the same thing happened except the drive just used a Google street view image of my house to claim he tried, then they refused to take the blame so I had to go down to the depo and waited almost 3hours after telling my details to someone, just to have my package damaged and basically useless, also the depo is the most unclean disgusting place ever. Avoid at all cost,

Disgusting delivery service. They don't deliver packages and don't leave any notifications. Companies like this shouldn't exist.

2 people (and a dog who barks furiously whenever anybody comes to our gate) were in all day waiting for this.
An hour after the estimated delivery time, we had a message to say that they had attempted delivery and 'no one was available'.
Just an outright lie!
Lets see what happens now that the delivery is re-booked for tomorrow!

Very helpful lady, assisted me with getting my bike on a Saturday morning, as I would not be in to receive it on the delivery date. Highly recommend!

Waited in all day for a delivery, 2 hours after the latest time to be delivered I call them to get told it won't be delivered and is an extremely important item I paid for a guaranteed next day delivery on.

Update... A gentleman named Jamie called me back and has got the issue resolved and managed an evening delivery. At last I got through to someone who was polite with good customer service ... Have added an extra 2 stars because of him !

Came here to collect my parcel on a Saturday. It’s 1pm and the depot should be open but it’s not. How difficult is it to be accurate with your opening times?

Same story for me as with the others. If you're reading the reviews then you may be sensing a theme with where this story is going.

Paid for guaranteed next day delivery. They made no attempt to deliver on the day despite getting email/text confirmation from them. There is no communication as to why they did not deliver yesterday I tried to call twice and was on hold for 25 minutes and 10 minutes respectively before I gave up. I can only hope and pray that I get my business item today. Not impressed at all.

Extremely poor delivery service. They dont stick to timeslots, don't bother to let you know when they decide not to turn up due to 'adverse weather' (as in the 2 inches of snow we got!) They say you order is out for delivery when it's in fact still sat in the warehouse. After 3 failed attempts i felt i had no choice but to make the 30 mile round trip to pick up the order myself in the end. Not even an apology when i arrived and to top it off one if the boxes was damaged and something missing as a result! Doesn't even deserve 1 star!
