I made an order for 5 medium and 5 small platters with lids. After making the payment online and having received an email with my order details, I realised I ordered the wrong sizes and so I emailed the company to change my order and was given a quick and well written response and was told that the changes would be made to the order. When the order arrived, it was perfectly wrapped and was delivered on time. I was already very pleased but then the company went further and sent some cookies as a thank you for ordering. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely order from the company again.

Ordered 20 large food trays, as I get fed up with trying to find containers big enough to cope with quantity of sandwiches I make for family parties. Good value for money and the Dean's shortbread is such a lovely thought & gesture. Will definitely buy any future catering supplies from here. 😍👍

Fantastic company to deal with. I have gone back to them again and again and am always so happy. Customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced, no matter who I speak to. Prices are very competitive and goods are shipped straight away. Couldn’t recommend Deli Supplies highly enough!

Awful experience.
Ordered 2 sets of candles.
They were late arriving, when I checked the tracking it showed it was delivered on a main road to front of my house.
We never received the parcel and after checking street and neighbours it looks to have been stolen.
I emailed Deli to advise, they refused to resend another order and refunded my money.
I advised I didn’t want the money back I wanted the candles I had ordered.
The sales people were rude and even the manager was rude and unhelpful.
What an awful way to treat your customers. Will never purchase from here again, zero customer service and rude ungrateful staff.
Now left without the candles I so needed for a very personal event.
Really saddened to be treated this way at such a difficult time.
