As manager of The Exeter Panasonic Store I used Deadline Exeter/ APC very happily as our main UK courier for several years. A few years ago I moved jobs and now head up the logistics for Manson Guitar Works. I immediately sought out the deadline distribution/APC services once again and we have been very happily using them for several years now. They are wonderfully reliable and Kerrie at the Exeter depot is amazing at anticipating potential issues and actively taking the initiative to head off problems before they develop. Office does not take calls untill 9am. They also won't leave parcels like every other courier. Due to this I have had 2 parcels returned to the sender. People have to work, we can't take whole days off waiting for a parcel that may or may not turn up.

Very poor customer service.... didn't answer the phone just a recorded delivery saying staff shortages... Not a good look for a delivery company!
