Drivers blocking residential drives with no, "Sorry, I'll not be long". Even their office staff's attitude is, "He's making a delivery."

So far my only comment is that I paid Crytec £50 for a premium next day delivery and my delivery did not happen. Now supposedly rescheduled to tomorrow. Doesn’t feel like a premium delivery

Do your drivers actually have licences?
Parking / loading on a clear way is illegal. Idiot driver delivering to road off Middlewood Road parked blocking tram tracks hence delaying tram services.
Hopefully Supertram have reported your driver for prosecution he seemed in no hurry to move.

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. They never sent a tracking code or let us know they were coming. They called when they got here and had the wrong name for the delivery. They didn’t follow the instructions where we kindly asked to deliver at the back of the house (we live in a corner) instead they shouted at us, delivered in front of the house on the pavement (which you can get fined in our area) and run away said it was our problem. We then realised they delivered only 1 pallet out of 2, so our contract couldn’t do the work and had to go home. We had to chase them to get the second delivery, which came again announced. Also, they overcharged us for living in London zone 5. We paid over £100 for the terrible delivery of a pallet and a half, getting shouted at and lots of stress and anxiety that caused me to go to the hospital since I’m in a high-risk pregnancy. Now they refuse to offer partial compensation for all of this. Such an awful company.

Absolute terrible service was meant to get a next day. Delivery did not arrive. They said they would prioritise 8 am delivery which I chased up several times. Did not turn up to the evening. Excuses every time would recommend going somewhere else
