Honestly Terrible, avoid at all costs!! I was told to come in for 17.30 which I did, had to wait 30minutes for a unit and then another 2 hours to be loaded by forklift. I was the first driver in but the last one to leave. Got to the drop In DE (postcode) from yate for 11.30pm and didn't get unloaded until 00.55 and then I waited until 2am and decided enough was enough as If I stayed I'd be looking at a 15hour+ as there was another drop after and then back to the yard. I did Question the dash lights prior to leaving with office manager, they advised that as it's yellow lights showing it's perfectly fine to drive. I know for a fact I shouldn't have left the yard and risked my licence with these guys.

Appalled. Didn't choose them but someone I ordered from did. They didn't show up with a large delivery and made no effort to resolve the situation or to communicate. Fobbed me off and then closed for the day from noon.

Very slow. Waiting for hours. The European driver is looked down upon and made fun of because of his poor language skills.

Very abusive driver when informed that the vehicle should not be coming up the wrong way on a one way road that was only suitable for a max weight of 3.5 tonnes he was driving a 17.5 tonne vehicle and well signed reg WN19YSV date 15/10/24
time 10:00 am should not be a delivery driver if he behaves like this

Avoid! Drivers like to intimidate young women and scare toddlers by blocking them in a tiny space on a road and not moving for no reason! Only moved the lorry when I got out of the car with my phone.

Contacted them on their telephone number to complain and was told I'd receive a call back, which have never happened! This was over a month ago now.

Horrible company! Horrible drivers! Disgusting behaviour!

Thought I'd look through the other bad reviews and give it ago to find out none of the bad reviews were lying, this really is bottom of the barrel work, honestly class 1 drivers anywhere is better than this place.

if you want your goods collected and delivered use someone else!!!
They are unreliable all the time and in 2 years using them they have let us down over 20 times
The photo below is 5 pallets they should have collected 1 week ago

Driver coming down the M42 at 2230hours this evening didn't seem to know that it was 50mph through the road works either that or he wasn't bothered.so the thought he might try intimidating other road users by flashing them to break the speed limit WU66 BDF
