I have always had positive experiences at the post office, and use it 2-3 times a week to post parcels, sometimes i may have to queue for a few minutes, but not for long. Always find the staff polite, helpful and efficient. An asset to the village.

Been in twice as new to the area… post office closes when it likes (staff work delivery so had to wait 15 minutes at counter).. overall shocking experience with massive queues

Went to collect a parcel, Lady behind the counter with glasses very rude, didn't acknowledge me at first left me waiting, no smile! Difficulty with collecting parcel due to name change, very unhelpful, no offer of help, wouldn't let me pick up my parcel without extra paperwork! Very difficult and very unhelpful. Definitely needs extra training in customer service.

Usually, fairly good service, but staffing has become a real issue that needs to be resolved, as it's become a too much of a guessing game as to whether or not the Post Office is open, particularly through the weekend.

Was waiting in the queue to send some Christmas cards. Whilst in the queue I decided to change the date on the cards to the following year as the service was SO FRIGGIN SLOW!!

Posting a parcel with online prepaid label. The woman at the counter insisted I have wrongly put the date on however it’s totally generated by computer so I have no way to put or choose the date. She was muttering I don’t understand what she is talking about. I have been sending parcel like this for long time never encounter a problem like that. She is rude and unhelpful. I think the post office need to know how she deliver the service on behalf of them.

Just been in to post a lot of parcels. Tracey served me and made what i thought was going to be hard work into a simple fast service. All the staff in here are always helpful even when busy.

Fast , efficient, polite, and helpful service on a Sunday morning, brilliant!!. I am old enough to remember when post offices shut at 5pm during the week and 1pm on a Saturday. Well done post office, and welcome to the 21 century.
