Website needs updating. I looked on the website yesterday for opening times of the post office and it says open to 6pm. Left work, drove up quickly to send a parcel to see a sign at the post office to say it's closed on Wednesdays from 14h00-15h30!!! UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!!!
Postal delivery is hit and miss! Am missing important mail due to sporadic delivery.

I used the post office this morning, staff efficient and helpful with my postal needs. I was disappointed when I pointed out that the the call bell to be used if no staff were behind the counter was positioned too high as I couldn't lift my arms above my chest. The staff member laughed and said I should ask store staff for assistance. It is bad enough to have a disability and worse still to be made to feel different. This would also apply to wheelchair users. Please reconsider position so disabled are catered for as they should be.

Generally OK as Post Offices go these days when you are dealing across the counter but don't try ringing them, it takes an eternity for them to pick up, if they do. Twice this morning my calls have timed out after waiting 6 minutes 10seconds for them to answer.

For some reason I have had no post for the last 2 weeks and items which require signature have stated they have been delivered however this is not the case and signature is illegible...
