Like others the shipping was promised and to my disappointment and big loss of time and money the order has not been processed or shipped. No response from this business. Had to call just to learn the shipping won’t occur for a couple more days..... avoid these guys at all cost!

After several emails and calls, no response on emails other than it was to ship last week. Called today Monday, still sitting in the queue and no eta on shipping nor timing. wish there was a no star option for review.

First class customer service. New OEM parts were just as I ordered. Excellent help making sure I had all the sub-components. Had a little hiccup getting the shipping out their door on time. Customer service team stepped in with personalized attention and set up expedited shipping. The parts were delivered when I needed them. Kudos to the team.

This is the place for MoPar or Dodge related parts. You can't go in and directly order parts but you can through mymoparparts.com . They will shop them to yoor you can will call the parts. They are not use to people picking up internet ordered parts. They are nice people working in hot warehouse. The only gripe i really have is the delay in ordering and being able to pick your parts up. Also, the 888 number is useless....no one will answer and the voicemail option is full.

This place promised my item would be delivered before Christmas and lied just to make the sale.. and made me pass up a chance to pick the part up from a city closer to mine. They will say anything to make a purchase. I will not be using this company in the future. Ruined my Christmas!
