I recently used Dainton Self Storage in Scorrier and had a really positive experience. Vince was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process – from sorting the container to returning it – and made everything simple and stress-free. The pricing was reasonable, and the access hours were very convenient, which made it easy to get to my unit when I needed to. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for straightforward, secure storage in the area.

I attended to see if I could sort a storage locker out, Tom was absolutely incredible, his customer service skills were absolutely phenomenal. He was very professional, smart looking. Nice fresh tidy office. Highly recommend for all your storage needs. If you’re not sure please call! Tom and the other gentlemen are brilliancy nothing is too much, the unit its self is a lot bigger than I expected, very good prices and they clearly value the customers which is nice and not common anymore.

Highly recommend Dainton Self Storage Redruth. I've dealt with both Vince and Tom in the nearly 3 years of renting a storage unit from them, both gentlemen are very friendly, helpful and both of them are very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend renting with Dainton.

I rented an office space at Dainton Self Storage for almost a year and it was nothing short of fantastic. Everything was made so easy and accessible, both Vince and Tom who worked at the depot were always on hand to help me with things. Awful storage conditions caused much damage to my belongings. Rude, unhelpful staff. They were a lot more expensive than other people so I expected better.

EDIT (after response from Dainton): My issue was (partially) resolved more recently than 2019 so Dainton must be referring to another customer (they should not have assumed which customer I was). I notice there were other negative reviews that have disappeared so it's possible they were thinking of one of them.

I have used Dainton Storage a few times over the last 12-13 years & would not consider anywhere else to store my furniture. The site is run very efficiently & the staff have always been very helpful. The storage containers are damp- proof & very secure, especially with 24hr cctv. You also have access evenings & weekends.
I also found the cost to be very reasonable & you get a discount if you’re over 65. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dainton Storage to anyone.

Used Daintons for storing furniture in between moving houses, total of five months. Containers were dry throughout with no issues. Access was better than other sites I had viewed in surrounding areas ( got a Luton van right upto the doors of the container.)
Staff were very polite and went the extra mile especially Vince . Also got a blue light discount.
Highly recommended.
