This is a wine cooler worth 1250 £ look at the way driver dragging it on a pallet rather than using safety pump truck ,after requesting him for many times . Absolutely appalling service , I will take this further up .I’m sure my chiller is damaged after the beating it got . Worst delivery man with a attitude I have ever seen , avoid, avoid , avoid at all cost

Quick and easy tip. As it should be. Lot of places could learn from these guys. The F1 pit team of unloading. Once on a bay and offloading starts, no more than 15-20 mins to offload. Very quick!

I received a missed call from this number as I had a bike to be delivered. I called the number back and spoke to the most unhelpful man on reception who stated the obvious, that I had called reception. He offered no solution about who to put me through to. Rude and weird company, you don't just call someone and then offer no help when they return your missed call.

Terrible logistics company. No call back when promised. Delivery not turning up on the scheduled day on site when machinery made available to off load at busy location. Rude staff, would not recommend. Phones turned of before opening times stated on automated answer service.

Update: another delivery has now been lost by their driver. Confirmed loaded by Dachser and out for delivery. The driver never called at the address and never returned the parcel to the deport. Once again FAILING to provide a reliable service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! -1 star if you could score them that low.

Its not often I have a good experience with a delivery service and I was very happy with the communication from this company.
Even when something didn't really go to plan (my fault for ringing too late) they quickly called me back and let me know what was going on. This saved me loads of time and effort from needlessly traveling to there depot.
I didn't get her name but the women I dealt with on imports (i think) was very helpful. Thanks

Worst experience I've ever had with a delivery and logistics company. Failed to deliver my parcel on the day and time they stated and called saying we're recalling the driver back to the depo so it will be delivered tomorrow. And then the next day went to completely different, made up, postcode and called saying "yeah we because we have the wrong postcode we can't deliver anything". They made up the postcode from godknows where themselves!!! If you have this company delivering your parcel, all I can say is good luck!

Inept and incompetent. Booked the delivery in twice did not arrive on both occasions and so many excuses don't phone just completely incompetent. If you value your time and customers do not use these cowboys. Just completely useless.
