Avoid using this delivery company at all cost! First delivery didn’t show up due to driver being sick. After a no show i finally got a reply to my text saying they were not coming. Rescheduled for the following week and they decided to show up at 10.45pm . The delivery driver alongside a very young boy were extremely rude and made me feel it was my fault. Dumped my bed in the hall as they said the boxes were too heavy. Appalling service from start to finish.

Took over a week to deliver my beds and then the delivery driver conned me out of 60 pound to assemble beds which came already assembled. Also smelt badly of BO and had a young looking "16 year old" as one of the delivery drivers

Damaged my car - completely wrote it off despite it being parked up in a bay and ghosted me. No communications from the management or those responsible. Avoid dealing with such crooks. Farouk be ashamed of yourself.
