Very bad company – DX 2 Man.
If you're working with them, it's better to switch your courier service immediately. They don't deliver your goods at all. There's no guarantee that DX 2 Man will ever bring your package. They take the money but never deliver the item.

Very bad service. I had 2 men deliver heavy parcel but they refused to carry it through the door. I didn’t mean far away inside the house - just through the door so I could close it! One of them rudely said that I can complain if I want! They left me with parcel outside for 3 hours waiting for my partner to come back from work! Disgusting behaviour!

I’ve had deliveries from two separate companies within the space of a month and DX have astoundingly managed to break both of them to the point of no return. Sadly didn’t get a choice in delivery company as they’re hired as a third party but if I were a merchant I wouldn't let them carry a sack of potatoes down the road without expecting some bruises or worst case mash. Absolutely atrocious. If only zero stars were an option

Worst experience experience. This is the second time they are not delivering my parcel. If we call them , they will not show the minimum manners to respond . Last time they didn't came with the parcel, but they messaged me that they left a calling letter. I rescheduled it again. But I didn't get it yet.

AVOID THIS COMPANY WHEN IT IS POSSIBLE. I had a very important item to be shipped to me. The first delivery is made on 15/12, the parcel was completely destroyed and items were lost. A second parcel is made on 1/2 and I still didn’t receive my parcel. They don’t answer you calls nor reply your emails, it is extremely difficult to get in contact with them.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! READ BELOW.

I arranged for the package to be left outside my flat, the person told me that is fine. Then to find out the driver did not do that, I recalled them up and requested for Saturday delivery, the person on the live chat said that's fine they will arrange this and no delivery was made. Useless!!! I went through 3 hours in total of being on phone calls, live chat and holds because I needed this package for Christmas.

DEX you are a shocking company, the worst I have seen. You have ruined our Christmas as my package was a dining table.

Lying about deliveries apparently made, with non existent calling cards left & constantly cancelling after we’ve waited for the delivery - multiple times. No number of anyone you can talk to - how come they’re a quoted company with this level of customer service? If you are prepared to mine the net, the depot numbers are online. Just spoke to a real person who hopefully has finally helped me. We’ll see…
