Owner had come out and started to belittle me because I have a medical issue with my wrist. Which they knew about, the owner of the company then thought he could take it into his own hand and come out whilst I was unloading a container on the flt, as soon as he had started on myself I got off the truck and began to speak to him he had gripped me by my T-shirt and started yelling what are you going to do. I was totally bewildered. I just wanted to get away I got in my car and went home, then got a phone call to say I was sacked. Since starting here all I did was work hard. Not a single issue once until this point. I would keep well away. Working conditions are appalling also… slave labour for minimum wage. A few decent employees here to be honest.

They expect their trucks to be dealt with ASAP at the customers but visiting drivers are made to wait, which you don't mind if the yard is busy, but it was empty, I lost 2hrs of my day

Disgusting company with no compassion or empathy leaving a pensioner stressed and upset after blocking a path with the delivery stopping any chance of anyone in a wheelchair or mobility scooter to pass! I also rang the office the day before to make sure something like this wouldn’t happen then when i called on the day as it was being delivered they said they aren’t insured to help a people unload it even though the day before they said they would! Lost half a days pay to come home and sort it out and the attitude of the driver and office staff absolutely stank and they didn’t care in the slightest! Avoid using this company at all costs especially if a delivery is going to an elderly or vulnerable person!

M1 junction 28 Friday 8th September, late afternoon, 6 wheel truck comes hurtling down slip Rd to join main carriageway.. I’m in a truck in lane 1, all three lanes travelling at about 30 mph, no where for me to go but he was adamant he was going to bully his way in.. good job truck in middle lane braked as I had to swerve in order for DP truck to avoid hitting me! Obviously Friday afternoon, he wanted to get back to hull quick sticks… he eventually got alongside me , paced me, put his near side window down and all I got was gesture's and obscenities… absolutely vile driver, I gestured him to pull in services ….coward, but he just kept going.. in the middle lane when near side was clear!!!

D&P haulage, I think you need to look at your drivers as some of them shouldn't be in charge of a pushbike let alone a 20 ton truck.

Not so much what the company does but more about a certain inconsiderate driver on A1 Monday 10th July 2023…bullying drivers and making hand signals is not big nor clever…tell me to stop, I would’ve done…
