Absolutely fantastic! Used D&M for a house move and they were excellent and incredibly reasonable with the cost. They arrived on time, were really careful with all the furniture and wrapped everything necessary for it to travel safely, and they worked incredibly hard from start to finish. D&M Services, moved me under couple a weeks ago and this is the first time I have used their services! They are a absolutely amazing and best moving company. I booked them to move me to my new home , they arrived on time at 9am as arranged, they worked tirelessly and got everything in the van so quickly.
Thank you so much to them both hard worker young men's and to the young gentleman who managed to book me into their very busy schedule and supported my speech 🙂 I highly recommend D&M's brilliant service.

D&M Services, moved me under a nine months ago and this is the third time I have used their services! They are a absolutely first class moving company. I booked them to move me to my new home on the April 6th 2023, they arrived on the dot at 9am as arranged, they worked tirelessly and got everything in the van in under 1 hour with just two men! A grandfather and grandson team, who were absolutely amazing! They made what can be a very stressful experience, completely stress free for me. Thank you so much to them both, and Jackie who managed to book me into their very busy schedule! I have no hesitation in recommending D&M's brilliant service!

My friend has used D&M removals in the past and had a very good experience with them as they were clean, professional punctual and efficient, so it gave her the confidence to use their services again.
This time she needed to swap few items between my home and hers.
We contacted D&M removals through their email service and through the phone two weeks prior to requiring the items to be swapped. We informed D&M that there were only a few items to swap at both homes nevertheless D&M advised me that best course of action would be to book two vans and two men on each van and that the vehicles would arrive to each home at the same time. We went ahead and confirmed that we were going to use their services.
We emailed D&M two weeks before the date with our complete address details including post codes from both homes. We didn’t receive a confirmation for some time, until we contacted them again nearer the time.
The first van arrived on time at my home the two men were professional, clean and provided an easy method to pay by card at the end of the job.
The second van arrived 15 minutes late to my friend’s home and picked up the items, she made them aware that the items were brand new, clean and well packaged.
After picking up the items from my friends home, the second van was very late arriving at my home and over half an hour after the van was due to arrive, the driver of the van appeared at my front door on foot without a van and asked if this was the delivery address, he then said that they went to the wrong address and that they already unloaded the van there!
The place where they delivered my stuff to is on another street with a totally different name and postcode! Moreover according to the men in the van they said they were waiting to be let in at that address for over 15 minutes! I telephoned D&M services to make them aware of the situation and the delays, D&M said the driver was definitely given the correct address. It then took them another 15 minutes for the van, three men and the stuff to arrive at my home. The items were in an absolutely filthy condition, the van must have been really dirty. There were two inexperienced young men carrying the items, leaning the filthy side of the items against my newly painted clean white walls, also leaning heavy items on top of small radiators, and several of the items had ripped packaging material.
When it was time to pay, the man in charge insisted that I pay for two hours and claimed that they had already discounted the fee for unloading the van at the incorrect address. The fee for the first van which my friend paid for was one and a half hours which was correct and the actual time it took to do the job.
I feel I have been overcharged for the second van particularly as it arrived 15 minutes late in the first place and spent over half an hour sat waiting outside the wrong property and then unloading there despite being given the correct address and postcode by me and their office.
We have yet to unpack the items to check for damage. I do not recommend this firm for the reasons stated above and can only give them two stars.

Great service from D & M Services and Andy in particular helping to keep everything calm and on track. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The team worked hard to get everything done. Value for money. Would certainly recommend them.

Couldn't be faulted. Wonderful removal service. Nothing too much trouble. Many thanks to Andy & Wayne who managed to keep smiling from 9am to 5pm. I hope I never have to move again but would recommend this family firm to anybody.

Truly delighted with the service provided by D&M. Punctual, polite, efficient and extremely helpful. Assisted in disassembling then reassembling beds in bedrooms with headboards, castors and divans all installed. Very careful and super helpful. Better than any other firm locally we have used and highly recommended.

Great service, punctual, professional, smart, clean and tidy. The move was smooth from start to finish. Our furniture came from a house to a flat on the 3rd floor and they were unable to use the lift, so all our belongings were carried upstairs, a monumental task which they carried out with a smile and not one whinge.
