Amazing find. We have recently moved to the village. The electrician working on the house told us about Cummins & Jennings (Dot & Melons as referred to by local people).

It’s an Aladdin’s cave of everything you need. From gardens tools to power tools, screws and nails to clothing, fixtures and fittings and much more. It’s an amazing alternate to having to travel to the DIY stores in Maldon.

The people are very friendly and offer great advice. The prices are extremely good. If you haven’t been before I recommend a visit. If you have any DIY projects, plumbing, electrical and gardening needs this place is a must.

It’s open Monday to Friday and 09:00 to Midday on Saturdays. It’s well signposted on Marsh Road in Tillingham. From the village go down the road at the side of the Fox & Hounds Public House.
