Avoid them at all costs! Very costly and doesn’t make you aware all of the circumstances/extra charges involved with the connection. They’ve quoted us an initial price of £4400 for an electric connection couple of months later they’ve doubled the price because they invoked that the connection isn’t a standard one (which was pretty much a standard one they hasn’t done anything sophisticated) after the work was completed they’ve came back to us demanding to pay another £2000 . The total cost of this connection was above £10000 waste of time and money. Very unreliable service and poor communication many hidden fees and inconsiderable people. Shame on you

Following an enquiry to Crown regarding a meter test they confirmed that the service requested was not one they provided. However they were unbelievably helpful listening to my explanation of the problem and assessing how they might help. Kim (metering) was brilliant and Jake (who contacted me first) was polite and diligent in sorting out who I should speak to. Well done both and Crown Energy. Top service.

I was really struggling to find a supplier of a new electric meter, as our preferred electric supplier wasn't doing new build installations. Jessica and colleagues at Crown Energy made it very straight forward and communicated well throughout the process. Totally trustworthy and effective.

I was having a real problem finding someone who could fit an electric meter at our new build split phase property when I came across Crown Energy. Wesley could not have been more helpful from the beginning and then when our job passed to Jack, again, everything was dealt with smoothly and efficiently. I cannot thank them enough, I wish I had found them weeks before which would have saved me a lot of stress 🤦‍♀️, definitely using them again, they will be my first port of call in future.

Crown Energy have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, from pricing with Lewis and communication with Jessica. I cannot stress how important communication is with the utilities and this was second to none. Really happy with the service provided from the start they were friendly and quick to respond. My project was delayed for a year which crown were understanding and worked around this, constantly checking in on progress. Massive thanks to Rheann & Cheryl who were dealing with my project and always professional and would go above and beyond to answer any questions i might have. Would recommend and use again

Really good team from point of first contact to finalising job through Jessica. Although a small and straightforward job the communication all along was perfect. Wouldn’t bother using my utilities provider in future, just go straight to Crown to get the job done.
