My 16 year old daughter is in Spain representing Cymru in the Dance World Cup. Her travel card needed topping up but I was unable to get the ap working even after phoning the travel card helpline. I visited Cross Hands post office and they were really helpful. They were able to take the card details and top-up over the counter. Such a relief!

Big thank you to Sharon who helped me today re best way to send an important letter.
She took the time with me to listen and to find out what I needed, because of this Sharon worked out that if I paid an extra 10p I could get tracked and signed for. Amazing customer service.

Haven’t been back since 3 years ago. Rude staff member, who said I wasn’t welcome in here’ , after having brought her up on her manners. Her behaviour drove me speechless, and pushed my buttons. Complained to Manager, and her response was ‘If you don’t like our service, go elsewhere. So I have. Tumble post office and shops from now on!

The woman in the post office with short hair, old and skinny. Worse experience in a post office in my life. Expected me to buy cellotape just to stick on my address for the parcel instead of just giving me a little bit. Attitude is disgusting. How she even has a job is beyond me. She needs looking at

Coronavirus has become an excuse for so many things but I can't see how it has given some of the staff here an excuse to be particularly rude and aggressive to their customers. We all understand the need to keep our distance but the majority of businesses manage to organise it in a friendly and professional manner, hence I now travel just that bit further to Penygroes Post Office where I am greeted with a smile which as far as I'm aware isn't against any restrictions! Come on Cross Hands look at your reviews and do something about it.

No matter the time of day, they are always closed for either 15-30 minutes, even when there are more than two staff working there!! All staff there know how to work the post office! Absolutely ridiculous!! Especially when you need to put money into your bank due to the banks being closed at 2pm, if I was free during the day to go down to the back I would! You need the post office when that happens and they can't even have the decency to keep it open knowing this! 😠

Abrupt and rude staff member. Terrible customer service. Now travel slightly further for a better service with kind staff.

Definitely not a good representation of the post office and the abysmal staffing standards!
